It’s hard to imagine Drew Barrymore aging - she still looks like seven-year-old Gertie to us - but the woman is 35 and at a point in her career where women in Hollywood start considering plastic surgery (or, if you’re Heidi Montag, by 35 you’ll be accepting your new title as the latest surgery-addicted Human Barbie). Drew’s not into it though, she can’t wait to see her future self in the mirror, all natural.  ”I’m so curious as to what’s going to happen naturally that I can’t imagine wanting to alter things just yet,” she said recently.

“And to all those women putting botulism in their faces – we don’t know what the long-term effects are, so stop! I’d rather look like a basset hound than do that to my face!” Just one more reason we love this woman - her willingness to get all Droopy Dog on us. Drew Barrymore has been our favorite celeb to watch for, er, bold fashion choices recently. There was the bandeau 80s boob tube under a t-shirt, and then that lovely tablecloth. Now she has returned to her roots for her new hair color, but instead put her roots on her tips. Or something. Her outfit is so odd that we barely even noticed that she was holding hands with her “ex” Justin Long while leaving the Green Day concert in Los Angeles. Is Drew Barrymore filming a sequel to The Wedding Singer? How else can you explain the tights, bumblebee bikini top, see-through t-shirt, white-and-hot pink sunglasses, single fingerless glove,  and dog tags that she wore out in Hollywood yesterday? Maybe she’s getting herself psyched for that rumored E.T. sequel. What would Gertie wear?

Just days after Drew Barrymore dazzled with her stunning zebra-print dress and all-round fabulousness, she undid all that good work with a hair/fashion disaster that was off the scale. While she’s a stunning woman, that hair doesn’t need extra inches, and that dress could do with some, er, structure. Any structure to prove it’s not a “ooh look I might have a baby bump” exercise.
